This is why our refund terms are simplified and easy to understand for full transparency. These terms apply for all products you purchase from us. Any of the following reasons you request a refund will be refused:

"I did not realise this was an eguide"

Our sales page clearly states "eguide" multiple times. We cannot be held liable for customers not reviewing the sales page.

"I clicked a button by mistake"

The checkout option requires numerous steps to purchase with a product breakdown of your order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they review what they are ordering and/or contact us with questions before checkout.

"It is too complicated for me"

We provide video training to show the entire setup of everything. What you're purchasing is not a training but a "follow what we do". There is no reason it should be complicated as you're not learning theory.

"I made a mistake..."

We all make mistakes, but we do not accept responsibility for anyone elses but ours. If we were to make a mistake, you would expect us to remedy the situation (which we always will). By you making a mistake, it damages our seller reputation with gateway providers.

"It's not for me..."

This is something that should be understood prior purchasing our products. This is a product that once you have access to it, it cannot be restricted. It is the customers responbility to decide prior purchase if the product is for them, we do not offer a "try before you buy" scheme. We do offer a "try the method for 30 days scheme and if you dont see results we will refund" scheme.

"I dont like the design and/or the design is unprofessional"

We are not graphic designers. We use tools like Canva to design the guide. We've done our best to present it in the most suitable, jargon free way possible however the design is not what you have purchased, you've purchased the method we've used to get over 10,000,000 views on our socials.

External updates or changes to policies

We have no control over what external companies do, they may update their policies, packages and pricing which could result in changes to the method and your requirements. We hold no responsibility to these changes and in the event this might happen you will not be eligable for a refund. By purchasing our products you agree to these terms. Our 30 days guarantee is based on the following criterias:

1) The customer activley applying the method for 30 days (1 video per day) and shown us proof,

2) The customer reaching out and asking for support giving us the opportunity to remedy the situation. If we are unable to or do not respond with 7 working days you will be eligable for a refund. Support is provided through our facebook support group only, emails regarding anything other than billing or asking for the support link may not be responded and do not count towards the 7 working day policy mentioned above.
